The centre manages general eye diseases, including cataract, cornea diseases, glaucoma, retinal disease treatment. We also provides a comprehensive range of refractive surgical options, including LASIK and Implantable Contact Lens (ICL) surgery. Be part of a dynamic, growing eye specialist practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone call enquires in a timely and professional manner
• Scheduling of appointments
• Attend to patients’ needs
• Perform clinic administrative duties
• And all other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Cheerful disposition, approachable personality with good working attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to handle patients across all levels
• Ability converse in both English and Mandarin (in order to handle phone call enquires and requests from English and Mandarin speaking patients in a timely and professional manner.)
• Ability to work independently and work well in a team
• Singaporeans only
