JOB DESCRIPTION

Retail Sales Promoter (for Kate Spade Stationery & Gifts , Muzik Tiger & PaperMarket)

Contract Period 15 Oct 2024 - 15 Jan 2025

***ATTRACTIVE SALARY $12 - $18/hour rate***

Guaranteed $2200/mtth Salary & Up (5 day / 6 day per week)

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & RETAIL HOURS

  • Working Hours 5 - 6 days per week (12pm - 9pm, including 1 meal break)
  • Working Location Department Store Orchard Road / Kim Seng Promenade
  • Duration 1 Nov 2024 - 5 Jan 2024

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote products to customers in a store or at pop-up event, explaining features and benefits to encourage purchases.
  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
  • Strive to meet or exceed sales goals set by the company or the store.
  • Stay updated on products being promoted and discounts offered to customers.
  • Keep the store or event area clean, organized and products attractively displayed
  • Gather customer feedback and provide timely updates to marketing and sales team.
  • Work closely with other store staff to ensure a positive and efficient store environment.
  • Perform daily stock count, sales recording and inventory replenishments.
  • Submit sales and inventory records, sales memos and recording sheets daily.

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE “O” Level or its equivalent.
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Experience in retail sales is an advantage
  • Lively, energetic and outgoing personality will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn and adapt fast to any work environment.
  • Able to communicate well and well-groomed to represent Kate Spade brand image. (No brightly coloured hair)
