We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive new business and revenue growth and be at the forefront of building relationships with customers and other stakeholders and shaping the future of our sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quotation, tender supporting documents and tender negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective short, medium, and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and analyse sales leads to create and forecast the business plan for the potential customers
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, product development, and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the region
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
