Job Description

• Working Location: Science Park II (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9 am – 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, including orders, forecasts, and delivery status, via phone and email.
• Assist in creating sales quotations and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Manage order processing and issue relevant documentation, such as Purchase Orders (P/Os) and Sales Contracts.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and forwarders on forecasts, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
• Use Navision system for generating documents like Invoices, Delivery Orders (D/Os), etc.
• Maintain stock and forecast records. Generate inventory reports and conduct stock checks biannually.
• Assist in addressing quality feedback reports related to non-conforming (NG) items with customers and suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

• Minimum GCE O-Level or above.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Competent with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
