HR Talent Acquisition (Part Time)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
• Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates
• Contact candidates to schedule interview sessions
• Follow up with candidates on any other matters
• Tracking of candidates in excel
• Support day to day office administrative work for the HR department
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any discipline
• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role in recruiting
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
