Job Description

• Position Title: Service/Sales Engineer
• Working Location:Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon 8 am – 5 pm, Tue – Fri 8 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,600 + Transport Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and requests for spare parts and services.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage and follow up with prospects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify business opportunities within the industry.

• Diploma or Degree (strong relevant experience required if no diploma).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated to work.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle (preferred). Transport allowance provided if own vehicle is used.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the Heavy Industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
