Key Responsibilities

Support the creation of asset records in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely entry of newly acquired assets based on details provided by custodians.
Review and validate assets transfer requests in Fixed Asset Movement System (FAMS) to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Manage intercompany asset transfer, including creation of new asset number for the receipting entities.
Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset creation and transfers.
Provide support by covering the duties of staff responsible for staff exit clearance, ensuring all fixed assets are accounted for during employee offboarding.
Any other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

ONLY SINGAPOREAN
Min Higher NITEC in Finance, accountancy or any related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP for data entry purposes.
