Job Descriptions
Enter customer orders into the system accurately and timely.
Monitor order status to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
Verify inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure product availability.
Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, delays, or cancellations.
Address any order-related issues such as discrepancies, returns, or special requests.
Collaborate with the sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Generate and review order reports to track order fulfillment performance.
Assist in resolving shipping issues, including arranging replacements or returns if necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the order processing workflow.
Requirements
Certificate/Diploma/ bachelor’s degree holder
1-3 years in sales ordering processing, operations, or customer support
Demonstrated skills in effectively dealing with people.
Candidate without experience may apply as training will be provided.
