Logistics Officer x5 (Basic up to $2600 + OT=Gross Up to $3200) East Area

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow all relevant operating procedure
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily matters.
• Plan orders to meet customer shipment and collection requirements.
• Collect data and prepare accurate reports as necessary.
• Oversee cycle count administration.
• Ensure that all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and promptly.
• Confirm that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Implement initiatives for process improvement.
• Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive.
• Lift items weighing approximately 15-20 kg as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be capable of lifting heavy objects and managing job tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external customers.
