Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in logistics? We're seeking a Automotive Logistics Traffic Controller to manage and coordinate the movement of consumer vehicles efficiently and safely!
Location: 1 Buroh Cres, Singapore 627545 (Nearest MRT - Boon Lay) / 2-Way Transport from Jurong East MRT
Salary: Competitive, with benefits
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Benefits: Daily Meal Subsidy, Subsidized Season Parking, Dental & Medical Insurance claim
Responsibilities:
Deploy driver to perform trucking activities for transportation of motor vehicles and towing services
Coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth daily operations
Assign and plan the drivers’ daily schedule through Vehicle Tracking System
Conduct toolbox meeting
Maintain data entry of the transportation of motor vehicles
Perform paperwork on company’s fleet maintenance and arrange the vehicles for inspection
Compile the monthly trip incentives report
Raise non-conforming services/events reporting and recommend appropriate follow-up actions for management approval
Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Nitec or equivalent qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, transportation or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in deployment of drivers for trucking/ loose cargo jobs.
Strong understanding of land transportation regulations, routes and logistical considerations in Singapore.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, clients and internal stakeholders.
