As a Changi Service Ambassador at Changi Airport, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the travel experience for millions of passengers from around the globe.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end customer service to all passengers / tourist and member of public
Attend to their enquiries, feedback, and offer solutions to cater to their needs
Approach and assist passengers with flight related enquiries, introduce and recommend facilities, retail and dining options
Respond to all enquiries from various channels (Calls, Emails, Chatbot and social media)
Respond to all incidents, medical and emergency cases on ground operations and escalate when necessary
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
GCE "O" Level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail / hospitality
Pro-active and comfortable performing interaction with customers
Perform roving duties within airport terminals
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
Rotating shift - 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
