Salary Up to $4,500 (Depending on experiences)
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1400 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
Prepare and send out electronic payslips
Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters
Requirements:
Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience handling high volume
Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage
Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup)
Meticulous and detail oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
