Job Responsibilities
Inbound call handling for Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries;
Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;
Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information
Overtime is Required
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in relevant customer service software and tools
- Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
- Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
*2 Months Completion Bonus
Job Location:- Alexandra
Shift:
- Rotational (5 days a week, can be any 5 days depending on client's arrangements)
*Allowance will be paid for shifts
- Timing (staggered shifts between 7am - 10pm as assigned by client, ONLY staggering shifts (7am-10pm) no graveyard shift)
- Following MOM guideline - 8.5 workings hours + 1 hour break
