Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations of the HR Department
  • Assist with the employee requests regarding Human Resouces issues, rules and regulations
  • Perform offboarding process such as exit interviews, clearance for the workers and signing of documents
  • Liaise with department heads and provide advice on HR related issues, policies and procedures as and when required
  • Provide market trends / intelligence from the ground and contribute to business strategies
  • Assist in creating, implementing and advising on HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance compliance
  • Propose and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Assist in developing induction programs
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee personal files, HR database, employee records and documents
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
  • Other HR Projects and ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions covering Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Internship management
  • Understanding of relevant labor policies, employment laws and legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
