Key Responsibilities

CLIENT EXPERIENCE (50%)

  • Provide support to extract and analyze regional database (reporting and analytics) via Salesforce
  • Assist to monitor and analyze CRM results to provide recommendations / actions to develop customer database
  • Implement and follow up of regional CRM E-card planning
  • Assist on developing and implementing regional clienteling strategy (i.e. gifting, client treatment)
  • Create and follow up on CRM Campaigns: (emailing, event, retail activation)
  • Manage all client extractions, campaigns and reporting on CRM Program
  • Support on management of clienteling app (The View, contact occasions)
  • Support with CRM x Retail operations tasks
  • Administrative support (user management, invoicing)
  • Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

TRADE MARKETING & EVENT (25%)

  • Support organization and implementation of all brand events: logistic arrangement, idea generations, sourcing of vendors, etc.
  • Provide support on POSM annual order ordering, inventory management, logistics arrangement and reporting for the region
  • Provide support on VM related topics (i.e. POSM & lightbox rollout and report compilation)
  • Support local production of gifting collaterals (vendor sourcing, negotiation and implementation)
  • Provide administrative and project support, including invoice processing via SAP and tracking and expense management
  • Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

PR & COMM (15%)

  • PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation) via the DMR platform, including competitors’ analysis
  • Assist with photoshoot arrangements & provide on-site support when necessary
  • Assist in media post-buy report and post-event clippings report
  • Support on coordination and implementation of local PR activations (Press events, gifting), including delivery arrangement
  • Support on media enquiries and ensure the press list is kept up-to-date
  • Management of brand asset library such as downloading of imagery and videos.
  • Provide administrative support: Manage the onboarding of new vendors (vendor creation), PO creation and invoice processing, close tracking to ensure timely payment
  • Work closely together with the regional marketing teams to deliver monthly reporting on the regional marcom strategies to the regional team members
  • Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

STORE DESIGN & PLANNING (10%)

  • Provide administrative support: Manage the onboarding of new vendors (vendor creation), PO creation and invoice processing, close tracking to ensure timely payment
