Responsibilities

Workers Management

Leave & Attendance management of workers
Updating employee payroll related data in InfoTech software
Prepare and maintain the personal record of all work permit holders within the company
Manage and execute pass expiry/ renewal dates
Assist to manage the Work Injury process
Submits worker project allocation reports to finance on a monthly basis

Recruitment

Liase with agent to get the worker details who will be on board.
Handle the onboarding/training/ repatriation of workers
Arrange for immigration bond for the new workers
Process work pass application, cancellation, renewal through MOM website
Co-coordinating for appointments with MOM on work permit card and medical checkup.
Arranging dormitory rooms and updating supervisor on arrival of new worker
Assist in recruitment process includes but not limited to sourcing & screening application, arranging interview, and etc.

Training & Development

To ensure all new workers will go through mandatory training as per MOM regulations
To coordinate with MOM listed training centers to book training for new workers, existing workers whenever its necessary.
To file all training certificates in worker P file accordingly.

Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business / Management or any related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with experience in InfoTech HR system would have an advantage
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Good knowledge and experience in local employment laws and HR practices background in Construction /Civil Engineering industry would be an advantage
