We are looking for a C ommis / Demi / Chef de Pariteto join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a background in food prep and meal planning and be adept with managing a kitchen, ensuring efficient running. The focus of the role is to ensure the kitchen runs seamlessly whilst making sure top-quality food is served.
Your primary duties include:
- Preparing, cooking, executing dishes to the highest quality and standards. - Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Monitoring portions and waste control
- Maintaining highest hygiene standards
- Ensuring stock rotation
- Ensuring smooth running of your designated section 3.2.7.Assisting the Sous Chef with orders for your designated section
Requirements- High school diploma or above
- Minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role
- Food badge/certification
- Strong knowledge of Food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
