JR63861 Change Management Technician

At Micron, we offer an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious Change Management Technician to join our diverse team at FAB 10. Your role will involve building, maintaining, and managing traveler and process control system setups to ensure the flawless processing of lots in an automated fashion. You will consistently adhere to world-class standards and successfully implement coordinated conversion setups and excursion prevention changes.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot Micron’s Traveler and Process Control Systems, including GERM, Sigma, SPC, Traveler, and Queue Time.
  • Define, implement, and carry out the use of worldwide standards.
  • Collaborate with end-users to clarify setup requirements and ensure their needs are met.
  • Offer timely and outstanding support to end-user requests.
  • Deliver detailed execution and expertise on system behavior and setup concepts.
  • Mentor end-users in the accurate and effective use of traveler and process control systems.
  • Offer routine on-call support to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported.
  • Document lessons learned and establish FAB business rules for process control systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse variety of people.
  • Basic proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to take on various job responsibilities and initiatives.
  • Willingness to work any shift, including off shifts (8-5:30 ,Tuesday – Saturday / Sunday – Thursday).
