Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the work permit and airport pass renewal process for staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and documents.
  • Communicate with staff regarding Human Capital-related policies, including but not limited to leave management, payroll, and other HC-related matters.
  • Assist with managing staff roster scheduling and coverage planning.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum O level and above
  • Possess good organising abilities and have good command of English;
  • Have basic SAP knowledge and competent in MS Office Suite;
  • Be familiar with HC Policies and HC-related Systems, preferably with working knowledge of TAMS, SAP and SF; and
  • Able to work Office hours
