Job Summary

The Executive/Higher Executive -Merchandising and Vendors Management (E-commerce and Retail Management) is responsible for consolidating and analyzing data, compilation of transaction documentation and contracts to ensure effective and efficiency management of vendors selling their products at the eMarts. He/She is to ensure all documentation associated with vendors management are accurate and timely updated.

He/She is to gather feedback on complex service recoveries and assisting in developing plans to improve logistics service quality.

Systematic and meticulous, he/she is required to identify areas for service quality improvements and perform service quality analysis. He is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement better service quality.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

Perform Vendor Management Service
  • Execute solutions to address vendors’ queries based on sales
  • Understand vendors’ needs to improve relationships
  • Assist in preparation of contracts and documentation for trade transactions
  • Support the reconciliation and alignment of trade transactions with trade documentation, contract terms and/or regulatory requirements
  • Documentation and management of contracts with vendors
  • Ensure all new product files are successfully uploaded into the POS machines to support sales
  • Consolidate the sales by vendors and products to identify high sales performing vendors and products
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and payment to vendors
Dispute Management
  • Support investigation of erroneous trade transactions for management resolutions
Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities
Follow situational factors that promote and inhibit changes
  • Understand risks associated with different approaches of process changes
  • Perform documentation of business requirements
  • Perform identification of business requirements
