Business Development Executive (Price Kaki)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Conduct ongoing market research

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a sales representative
  2. Possess a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or equivalent
  3. Experienced in IT industry
  4. Knowledge of UX/UI, Mobile APP and Web Development preferred but not essential
  5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  6. Time management and organisational skills
  7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  9. Good English communication and written skills
  10. Willing to meet clients/ partners
  11. Skill in writing proposal and presentation
