Description

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) Pathlight School is seeking a seasoned and hands-on HR professional to join as Manager, HR Ops & Services. The incumbent will be a member of the HR Leadership Team.

Our HR Ops & Services is in its transformation stage and while business as usual needs to run, we are redesigning processes, digitalisation and improving staff experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR Ops & Services Team in delivering efficient HR services as well as spearheading operational excellence via policies, processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • As the lead for the HR Ops & Services team, to coach and give support to the team in the delivery of back-end HR services which impacts all staff through the employee life-cycle.
  • Look at continuous process improvements as the team delivers end-to-end HR transactions including payroll and benefits administration, employee data management and dashboard reporting.
  • Strengthen HR processes, review policies and optimising HR systems and tools for operational effectiveness and efficiency with enhanced user experience
  • Collaborate with HR team to address staff queries and issues pertaining to their in-employment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR service gaps or issues, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Employment Regulations and legal requirements
  • Monitor HR service performance and metrics, and implement initiatives to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership role within HR Shared Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge and interest in HR processes and systems
  • Experience with HR Info Systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and effective communicator
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
