  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager for one of our clients in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee the administration, monitoring, and support of the client’s IT applications and services, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with both Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and IT security policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and support of IT applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance in line with established SLAs.
  • Manage incident and problem management processes, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and refine guidelines, processes, and procedures to improve incident management, escalation protocols, and system monitoring.
  • Oversee the management of contracts and budgets related to IT applications, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Provide end-to-end support across all stages of the application lifecycle, including development, testing, production, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Operations, Development, and Security teams to ensure optimal service delivery and application performance.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT application support, service delivery, or IT operations.
  • Strong background in incident management and problem resolution in complex IT environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and system administration.
  • Singaporean citizens only
