Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct outreach to corporate clients to promote ICT upskilling and reskilling programs.
- Nurture leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to program implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs, including customization based on client needs.
- Draft initial proposals and contracts for potential clients, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing.
- Actively manage client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collect and showcase success stories from client engagements to highlight the impact of ICT programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tech suppliers and other partners to enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, drafting proposals & contracts, account management, or business development, preferably in the ICT or training industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate training needs, particularly in ICT skills development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Adaptability to the changing needs of the role, such as performing end-to-end operations, driving outreach, administrative paperwork and other functions as required.
- Experience in managing partnerships with technology suppliers.
- Familiarity with Workforce Singapore’s Career Conversion Programme administrative processes and paperwork.
