[What the role is]

This is a 1-year fixed term position as a Project Lead (Corporate Outreach and Account Management) in the School of InfoComm Technology.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct outreach to corporate clients to promote ICT upskilling and reskilling programs.
  • Nurture leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to program implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs, including customization based on client needs.
  • Draft initial proposals and contracts for potential clients, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Actively manage client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collect and showcase success stories from client engagements to highlight the impact of ICT programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tech suppliers and other partners to enhance service offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and market trends.


[What we are looking for]

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, drafting proposals & contracts, account management, or business development, preferably in the ICT or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate training needs, particularly in ICT skills development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Adaptability to the changing needs of the role, such as performing end-to-end operations, driving outreach, administrative paperwork and other functions as required.


Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous

  • Experience in managing partnerships with technology suppliers.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Singapore’s Career Conversion Programme administrative processes and paperwork.


This is a 1-year fixed term contract with possible extension to 31 July 2026.
