Position Overview: The Project manager will play a critical role in the execution and delivery of our enterprise software products. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of software development processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for achieving excellence in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management for the development of enterprise software products.
  • Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work with business stakeholders and draw strategic plannings with milestones.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Resolve any project-related issues, ensuring that all stakeholder needs are addressed.

3. Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure that the project remains within the allocated budget.

4. Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and establish strategies to mitigate them.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to identify and rectify any software issues.

6. Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and provide guidance to the project team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes innovation and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in software development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
