Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for payment collection, process medical reports requests as well as arrange appointments for specialist and work injury compensation reviews.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support.
  • Responsible to liaise with different stakeholders to facilitate the completion of medical report requests.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' Level qualification
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
  • A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and have an eye for details

Working Schedule (Office hours):
  • Mon - Thu: 8.30am - 6pm
  • Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
