General Summary
- Co-ordinate and administer Human Resources programs, policies, and be responsible for day-to-day HR administration to achieve business objectives.
- Job Posting - internal / external resources, advertisement etc.
- Work with department in-charge on the hiring requests.
- Co-ordinate recruitment and selection activities, and arrange/conduct interviews for all levels.
- Prepare offer letter and any other miscellaneous letters.
- New hire on-board induction and follow up on confirmation.
- Application of training courses, training grants & follow-up on after-training evaluation.
- Vendor management for contract foreign employees eg. process of passes, transport and accommodation matters.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration (eg. employee medical, transport claims etc.).
- Assist employee communication, grievances and employee counselling.
- Manage issuance of employee uniform / shoes / lockers / hand gloves / PPE.
- Sorting of incoming mails, reception support on receiving documents, answer/transfer of calls.
- Manage office stationery inventory and monthly issuance of stationery and hardware items.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Preferably 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment.
