  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

My client is is a market leader in the supply chain solutions industry. They are looking for an IT Manager, focusing on IT operations across Singapore and Australia, managing a team and overseeing infrastructure support.

Salary: $7,000 - $7,500 x 13 months + 20% annual bonus

Industry: 3PL / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for both corporate and warehouse environments in Singapore and Australia.
  • Lead a small team of 2-3 people and manage vendors to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide technical support, including Level 1 support for Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, and other critical systems.
  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and end-user devices.
  • Drive and manage infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle vendor management, including contract negotiations and service level agreements.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance across all IT systems.
  • Oversee the smooth execution of business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery protocols.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and support.
  • Proven experience with Office 365 administration, Azure Cloud platform, and Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of server management (VMware, Windows Servers) and networking technologies.
  • Ability to provide Level 1 technical support and solve complex issues in real-time.
  • Experience with vendor management and service delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with experience leading infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have:

  • ITIL or PMP certification.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industries.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
