  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight / Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.

• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).

• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and customer service.

• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.



Job Requirements

• Optimistic, Positive and Proactive.

• Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in speaking English.

• Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement.

• Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required.

• Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment.

• General knowledge on excel format if any.

• Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service/freight forwarding industry

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm
