  • Consistently review staff headcount across teams in relation to overall EOM budget

Talent Development
  • Execute the talent management processes to identify, develop and retain talent to sustain a healthy succession pipeline for leadership and key positions
  • Review and enhance the talent management framework to ensure progressive talent management policies and processes
  • Engage management on career development and rotation plans for talent, and succession plans for key positions
  • Ensure proper follow-through of key decisions undertaken at talent review meetings

Employee Engagement
  • Organize annual engagement sessions with HODs and partner with HODs to address critical people related issues. Work with HODs to ensure follow-through and publish key actions.
  • Demonstrate good understanding and appreciation of ground sentiments, and be able to synthesize data, and harness key insights in the process of translating Organisational Development (OD) objectives into employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • Plan, design and execute engagement strategies to improve the employee experience and work culture and understanding needs of our people
  • Develop initiatives that deliver a more positive employee experience
  • Coordinates with vendors and/or managers to organize regular team building activities

Employee Recognition
  • Lead employee recognition initiatives
  • Any other task/initiatives as assigned

Requirements
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in HR, in the area of Talent Management or Employee Engagement
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Able to work effectively independently and in teams
