Mass Hiring! Logistics Officer x5 (Basic up to $2600 + OT=Gross Up to $3200) East Area

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all relevant operating processes.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issues.
• Plan orders to meet customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
• Gather data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
• Manage cycle count administration.
• Ensure that all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are processed promptly and efficiently.
• Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Implement process improvement initiatives.
• Report any non-conformances in receiving to the Executive.
• Lift goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be able to carry heavy objects and able to manage job tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external customers.
