Key Responsibilities & General duties:
- Assist in new store openings / closure of restaurant and liaise with contractor and vendors
- Liaise and follow up with the contractor/s & landlord regarding renovation works, ensuring timely completion. It includes getting quotations, invoicing, work scheduling, site inspection, sourcing equipment and monitoring contracts
- Process monthly payroll including CPF submission, levies etc and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations. Monitor staff attendance/ leave records / lateness / Overtime record and active recruitment.
- Process work pass applications, renewal and cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work passes related issues
- Prepare employment agreements, letters and other necessary documents
- Prepare Form IR21 tax clearance for Foreign Workers and IRAS submission
- Provide administration support to the leasing team (etc. tenancy related documents)
- Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external parties
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a café or coffee shop operation with administrative functions preferred.
- Team player with excellent communicate skills and strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- Pro-active, resourceful, and meticulous
- Ability to multi task, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good computer literacy.
