Job Description

The People, Performance and Culture team ensures the effective delivery of all HR activities in the firm. We play an integral part in making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom, retain the best and brightest talent and work together in branding KPMG as the Employer of Choice.

As An Intern With The People, Performance And Culture Team, Will Be Involved In End-to-end Campus Outreach Events, Activities And Programs To Meet Current Hiring Demands And Create Strong Talent Pipelines For The Company’s Future Hiring Needs. You Can Expect To Work In Teams To Execute The Following (including, But Not Limited To)

As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for a business function – not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, arranging & facilitation of interviews, offer and on-boarding
  • Accessing our personnel database, updating and digitalizing of relevant records, filing of documents
  • Preparing orientation packs and tent cards
  • Processing resumes and collating documents for internship and graduate recruitment
  • Assist and coordinate campus recruiting events such as career fairs, corporate visits
  • Drive a strong and comprehensive internship experience for early talents e.g. planning and execution of engagement activities etc.
  • Lead and coordinate engagement activities such as on-boarding, coffee-chats, brown bag session, presentations and other engagement activities
  • Coordinate with KPMG KBS team on training schedule
  • Enhance program experience by managing rotations, mentorship and buddy programs
  • Manage and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure success of program
  • Partner with Employer Branding on the branding and engagement strategy for the firm.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following Attributes

  • Demonstrable passion for campus and early talents is a must
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills and execution ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage intern events with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good project management skills with the ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects in various stages of completion
  • Results-driven, hands-on, detailed, and organized professional
  • Prior internship experience in engagement activities and is a plus
