Accept payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide receipts to each customer
Accurately process all cash and credit card payments.
Process refunds and exchanges according to company policy.
Ensure customer transactions are properly processed, including receipts and correct change.
Greet customers warmly and assist with questions or concerns.
Provide information and assist with orders when necessary.
Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly.
Cash Handling:
Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift to ensure correct amounts.
Safeguard all forms of payment and ensure cash, check, and credit transactions are properly processed.
Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
Operate Point of Sale (POS) system effectively.
Ensure system is functioning properly and report any issues.
Assist in keeping cash register area clean and organized
Support other staff with replenishment of supplies and inventory management.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Work with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Education:
- Lower Secondary Qualification (Preferred)
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
