The Job
- Assess, clarify, and validate customers' needs on regular basis & maintaining strong customer satisfaction ratings
- New sales opportunity development and sales project operation
- Key client engagement, customer relationship improvement and maintenance
- Collaborate with solution team & delivery team to develop account strategy plan and business plan
- Telco industry research and market insight analysis to ensure the competitiveness
- Attain annual business plan via efficient internal collaboration and proper customer approaches.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Handled other related duties that are key towards main role
- At least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication or related major.
- Candidate from ICT background that related with carrier network is required
- At least 5 years of experience in sales/business development/account management.
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer oriented, target-oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation skills, Self-motivated and self-directed.
