The Job

  • Assess, clarify, and validate customers' needs on regular basis & maintaining strong customer satisfaction ratings
  • New sales opportunity development and sales project operation
  • Key client engagement, customer relationship improvement and maintenance
  • Collaborate with solution team & delivery team to develop account strategy plan and business plan
  • Telco industry research and market insight analysis to ensure the competitiveness
  • Attain annual business plan via efficient internal collaboration and proper customer approaches.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Handled other related duties that are key towards main role

The Talent

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication or related major.
  • Candidate from ICT background that related with carrier network is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales/business development/account management.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer oriented, target-oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation skills, Self-motivated and self-directed.
