Listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, ASTI Holdings Limited owns one of the largest Semiconductor Manufacturing Services Provider in the world. The Group provides Tape & Reel packaging services, Tape Making Services, Manpower Services and Integrated Circuit Programming Services to renowned Original Equipment Manufacturers, contract manufacturers and component distributors globally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Oversee of accounting functions of assigned Singapore entities
· Group consolidation
· Report to Group Finance Manager
· Responsible for inter-company reconciliation and other balance sheet account reconciliations
· Perform and provide the analysis and interpretation of financial results/performance.
· Prepare company/Group financial statements and management reports
· Assist in annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts, monitor actual performance against budget and report variances
· Assist in cash flow forecast
· Liaise with external parties and auditors for yearly audit and to provide all required schedules or reports for audit and tax purpose.
· Experience with audit work
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate tax, GST, statutory and legislative requirements.
· Able to meet reporting deadlines.
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
· Support the setup of new processes, regional entities, shared services, etc.
· Preferably with listed company experience
Requirements:
· Proficiency in any accounting system; preferably with Lucanet
· Strong analytical thinking and positive attitude
· Strong interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills
· Meticulous with keen attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
· Experience with listed company preferably
· Recognized qualification such as CFA/ACCA/CA/CPA/Degree in Accounting
