Overview:

The Learning Facilitator is responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences, with a focus on onboarding and continuous training initiatives that promote service excellence. This role is essential in fostering a culture of ongoing development and ensuring that training programs are consistent and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, operational needs, and employee growth goals. The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying and addressing training needs, committed to delivering impactful learning experiences that support both employee growth and company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Training Sessions:

· Develop effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum outcomes and learner needs

· Coordinate and manage learner enrolments

· Facilitate training effectively across multiple modes using active learning strategies

Manage Stakeholders:

· Engage regularly with stakeholders to stay informed of operational know-how and needs

· Build cross-functional relationships

· Communicate to stakeholders changes and updates to training program

LMS Administration and Support:

· Manage the LMS, user accounts, and courses.

· Provide LMS user support to address and resolve technical issues.

· Update course content and materials and upload to the LMS

Continuous Improvement and Feedback:

· Collect and analyse feedback and learning analytics

· Implement improvements based on feedback

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans and conduct training across various delivery modes using active learning strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Manage learner enrolments.
  • Regularly engage with Operations to understand training needs, build strong cross functional relationships, and communicate program updates.
  • Provide user support, assist with LMS implementation, and collaborate with vendors or IT to resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee content updates and uploads to the LMS, ensuring accuracy, and relevance.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from learners and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and engagement for continuous improvement with the L&D team to implement improvements based on insights gathered.

KPIs

  • New Hire Retention Rate - Achieve a 70% retention rate for new hires within their first year.
  • Learning Plan and Course Completion Rates - Maintain a minimum 80% completion rate for all mandatory learning plans and courses within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Manager Satisfaction with New Hire Readiness - Attain an average Manager Satisfaction Score of at least 4 out of 5 on new hire readiness within their first 90 days.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Score: Maintain an average CSAT score of 80% or higher each quarter, reflecting the impact of training on service quality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience in Food and Beverage industry
  • ACLP/ACTA certified or experience in learning and development, with familiarity in usingLearning Management System (LMS) or other digital training tools, is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly adaptable with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management skills and able to collaborate effectively with cross functionalteams
