  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description

Sell the M Social Singapore products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
Promote the Hotel’s products and services
Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions
Ensure that Millennium Hotels and Resorts Code of conduct is followed at all times
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all MCIL Hotels in your region
Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls
Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
Process amendments to reservations such as extensions and early departures
Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same
Respond to enquiries about the hotel products and services by various channels promptly
Determine guests’ needs and provide recommendation accordingly, upsell whenever possible
Ensure that all reservation information in correspondences and reservations system is accurate
Ensure that all follow ups are completed within 24 hours
Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
Performs all other duties as assigned
