Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Temporary HR Associate to support our HR team. This role involves handling key HR functions including recruitment coordination, wellness activities, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Arrange and schedule interviews (both physical and virtual) based on interviewers' availability.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process on the day of the interview, including photocopying and verifying documents as needed.
Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
Send rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates.
Wellness Support:
Assist with wellness activities, such as the distribution of goody packs to employees.
HR Operations - Filing:
Create personnel (P) files for new joiners.
Organize and file hardcopy documents into respective P-files or designated storage areas.
Archive documents for employees who have resigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualifications.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, with a meticulous and responsible work approach.
