Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns that draw exhibitors, trade visitors, delegates and media to the planned exhibitions and conferences.
  • Leading and managing marketing metrics for effective formulation and planning of marketing strategies.
  • Developing and managing marketing budget to achieve set performance targets.
  • Managing the implementation of the full suite of traditional and digital marketing activities that includes above-the-line, below-the-line, social, digital, mobile, PR etc.
  • Developing and producing marketing collaterals such as corporate videos, brochures and newsletters.
  • Managing third-party vendors to support the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Managing all events on-site requirements to ensure smooth and efficient operations during event days.
  • Coordinating and collaborating across functions (internally and externally) for seamless delivery of marketing programmes.
  • Building, managing and mining marketing database to achieve performance targets.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A strong communicator (written and oral) with excellent attention to detail; and effectively bilingual.
  • A proactive, resourceful and organised task manager with the ability to multi-task and juggle tight deadlines.
  • Always asking questions to understand, asking why-not to explore alternative ways that are more efficient, effective, creative etc.
  • Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies; with at least three years of experience in digital marketing, and are familiar with the latest trends in online, social, digital and mobile marketing solutions.
