Key Responsibilities:
Optimize manufacturing processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Implement and manage process improvement programs focused on productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Address employee grievances in collaboration with HR.
Conduct performance reviews for maintenance technicians and engineering staff.
Maintain and improve workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Evaluate and train staff to stay updated with best engineering practices.

Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Willingness to work after hours and during non-working days.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering discipline.
Approval Limits:
Approve manufacturing instructions, purchase order requisitions, overtime and leave applications, recruitment for supervisor level and below, and performance appraisals for supervisor level and below.
