Ensure correct labeling of boxes and minimize cross labeling.
Verify the number of pallets for each shipment to ensure that there are no discrepancies with the supporting documents.
Checking of all incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure no variances in cargo

Managing department operations KPI’s and ensuring targets are met and implement continuous improvements to the processes and systems.
Ensuring Health, Safety Security and SOP’s requirements and procedures are understood, implemented and compiled by all staffs and external contractors.
Job Requirements:
Experience in warehousing/logistics and supervisory role for at least 2 years.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Comfortable working in Tuas for a 5.5-days workweek.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
Self motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Having a valid Singapore forklift license will be advantageous.
