  • Manage daily operations to provide excellent customer service and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Communicate with customers professionally, give updates on time, and work with the Manager and teams to handle requests or complaints.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, update internal records for forwarding jobs, and process invoices on time.
  • Follow Customer Service Standards and Company procedures, seek client feedback, and share it with the Customer Service Manager and QA.

Requirements

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years of experience in Freight logistics and Marine sector.
  • Good knowledge of the freight forwarding processes and Marine spare parts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
