JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Executive – Field Operations, is responsible for maintaining the daily administration and operations of our Field data collection unit. This includes assisting with training and briefing documentation, coordinating for briefings, and managing voucher issuance.
We’re looking for a candidate who is meticulous, adaptable and a strong team player who enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with set-up and documentation for training and briefing sessions
Print and collate briefing materials including questionnaires and showcards
Procure, pack & issue vouchers to field interviewers
Ensure sufficiency of vouchers and prepare utilisation reports at the end of each project
Maintain equipment inventory, including tracking issuance and return
Ensure all documents are filed, traceable and auditable
Support Team Lead for monitoring and supervising field interviewer’s productivity
Assist with any other tasks that may be assigned by Team Lead
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma level
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
Effective communication skills and confident in liaising with a diverse group of Field Interviewers
Organised, meticulous with strong numeracy skills
Proficient in 1 or more languages (written and reading)
Experience in market research operations preferred
This position will be a 6 months contract for maternity cover.
