Our client the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Technician to join the team as a key leader in to join them.

Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.
Accountable for the FCC and fire alarm systems.
Carry out handyman tasks as an initial response to building issues.
Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.
Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.
Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
If you are someone with the following, lets chat!
Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related fields
Minimum 1 years of experience in technical line.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
1 years contract (Possibility to convert to a permanent role)
5.5 days work week
