Position: Manufacturing Technician
Working Hours: 12 hours shift, rotating every 4 months
Area: North of Singapore
Position Summary:
Perform executing operational and Autonomous maintenance (TPM) activities, including cleaning, setup, operation and maintenance of equipment, assembly, formulation, packaging and inspection of finished products in compliance with cGMP, quality & safety requirements to achieve operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products.
Set up equipment and conduct functional testing before production.
Perform quality inspections, checks, and verifications.
Perform transactions in MES and ERP systems according to the work instructions.
Identify and escalate common issues with direct supervision.
Perform relevant autonomous management activities with direct supervision.
Support troubleshooting on simple issues associated with product, process and equipment with direct supervision.
Perform periodic inventory check and cycle count activities.
Requirements:
Have a good understanding of Manufacturing/ Enterprise systems/ Manufacturing IOT and automations Experience in metal working industry is advantageous.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, Quality, work safety instructions & practices at all times.
Able to work in a manufacturing production environment, including cleanroom, with possible exposure to chemical, cold room, loud noise, etc
Able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as required
Able to identify different colors for work purposes
Able to lift 15kg or less of heavy weight safely
