Job Description:
Preparing and packing of Ginger cookies, assisting with cutting of fruits (must know how to handle a knife), for Cakes.
Requirements:
MUST follow Work 4 Days Off 1 Day type of Roster planning (but flexible timing).
Compulsory to work weekends and PH.
Standing throughout your shift (4 hours-8 hours)
Physically fit and active, able to lift heavy items when required
General cleaning and washing of work area and used equipment.
Must achieve daily set target numbers
Payment and Bonuses
Additional Completion Bonus of $300 for completion of 4 months for period from 1 September 2024 to 15 February 2025. Payment of Bonus will be on 5th Month (End February 2025).
Conditions for Completion Bonus:
Completed 5 months of service, No Lateness, No Unpaid Leave, strictly follow Work schedule of working 4 days Off 1 day.
