Job Description
Sales & acquisition in roadshows, events, cobrand outlets
• To canvass and be stationed at assigned roadshow locations to solicit for sales acquisition
• To work with team lead on personal sales targets
• Review, monitor and be updated on products information for improved constant sales productivity
Supporting and administrative duties at roadshow
• To work with transportation personnel for items on setup/ dismantle for each roadshow to ensure all stocks accounted for
• To administer any gift logistics for proper audit trail
Customer service and professional selling
• Constant review and feedback of application process and journey for cardmembers
• Assist cardmembers on App download, usage, waivers, usage and related enquiries
• To approach and promote our card products to potential cardmembers
• To provide accurate and professional advice for customers with application enquiries
• Overcome customers objection and converting them into sales closure
Job Requirement
• Minimum N Levels or equivalent
• Basic sales or customer service experience
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Good proven sales record a plus
• Ability to clearly articulate various products, campaign to potential customers
• Good objection handling skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and self-motivated
• Result-oriented and goal-driven
• Team-player and keen learner
• Willing to work at various locations around the island
• Freelance / Part time positions available
