An established F&B Group is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:-
Pastry Cook
Location: Food Xchange @ ADMIRALTY
Responsibilities:-
Assist in daily production to meet outlets ordering requirement
Check quantity and quality control of every items and store to designated area
Ensure minimum wastages and control stock inventory
Reporting stock level, mise-en-place schedule and maintenance issues
Understand of food hygiene regulation accordance with AVA requirements and ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Candidate Requirements:-
At least 1 year’ experience in pastry production or similar capacity and relevant experience preferred. No experience will be considered as Assistant Pastry Cook
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Product knowledge on baking and pastry making in fundamental technique
Highly motivated and able to work independently and a good team player
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin as need to work with mandarin speaking only colleagues/suppliers
6 days work week (7am-4pm)
