We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Cook/Chef De Partie to join our growing family at both our upcoming outlets and existing outlets.

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a speciality coffee company with retail outlets, ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concept, with focus on quality and service. Our culinary team, with all their experience and creativity, has produced quality food and presentation and allow the team to learn and grow in their skill and expertise.

What do we expect from the candidate?

  • Prepare and serve quality food products by following strictly the preparations
  • Cooking and presentation recipes and specifications
  • Support Sous Chef/Head Chef (depending on your role) in running the kitchen operations
  • Manage Inventory and stock receipt
  • Manage food preparations and cooking, safety and hygiene practices to ensure our customers received the exceptional culinary quality and experience
  • Creative and passionate in delivering quality dishes
  • Communicate effectively across all departments from kitchen to front of house

This role is not for the faint-hearted and comes with high-expectation that the candidate can set him/herself apart above average players in the industry.
